Disability
I will fight for disability policies that put dignity, independence, and equity first.
I fully support funding special education so every child — no matter their ZIP code — gets the support they deserve to learn, grow, and thrive.
Disabled Americans are still denied true marriage equality because of outdated SSI asset limits. In Congress, I will work to change these outdated rules that punish people for getting married or saving for their future because no one should ever have to choose between love and financial security.
I will work to protect and expand access to affordable, high-quality healthcare, including home and community-based services, mental health care, and long-term supports that allow people to live with independence and dignity.
Disabled people deserve policies shaped by their voices, real enforcement of civil rights protections, and a government that removes barriers instead of creating them.
When I’m in office, I will make sure my constituent services are fully accessible.
